Automated Pack Line

It adopts domestic advanced automated welding equipment and is equipped with LBW, OCV, ACR and other key indicator tests.

Digital Manufacturing

Combined with the MES system and ERP system, key information reports such as product testing data, production plan progress and quality indicators can be counted in real time, and real-time warnings can be provided.

Dongguan Manufacturing Base-Outdoor

The Dongguan production base has a total indoor and outdoor area of 20,000 square meters. It has been in operation for half a year and has reached an actual container production capacity of 80MWh/month. The current production capacity is still increasing month by month.
There is a cabinet production workshop and a PACK production workshop on different floors. Currently, it has achieved a PACK production capacity of 100MWh/month.
The outdoor container production workshop is designed to meet the simultaneous production and testing of twenty 40HC containers (133MWh). At present, the simultaneous production and testing of two 6.67MWh and four 5MWh container products have been achieved.
